Returns & Exchanges

At MaH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
